- First of all, we put the butter in our bowl. We melt it a little with our hands.
- Then, we sift the flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, and vanilla. Then, we mix it twice, add the starch, oil, and eggs, and obtain a dough with the consistency of earlobe.
- Because there is powdered sugar, kneading a little longer will give us a much better dough.
- It will be a non-sticky dough. It can vary depending on the brand of flour.
- Then, we roll out the dough between two greased papers and you can shape it according to the mold you want.
I used a heart-shaped mold, of course, it can vary according to your preference 🙂 - We bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, then remove it from the oven and let it cool.
- After it has cooled a little, we decorate it with jam or marmalade.
- I had cherry and strawberry jam, I used them, you can color it according to your preference, enjoy your meal :).
