Ingredients for Parmesan Dill Savory Snack Recipe
- 2 eggs
- Half a cup of olive oil
- Half a cup of strained yogurt
- Half a bunch of dill
- Half a bunch of parsley
- 3 cups of flour (I used whole wheat flour)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of cottage cheese (You can flavor it with your desired spices)
How to Make Parmesan Dill Savory Snack
- Separate one of the egg yolks and set it aside.
- Add olive oil, strained yogurt, dill, flour, salt, and baking powder to the egg and knead the dough until it reaches a non-sticky consistency.
- Mix parsley into our cottage cheese and add the cheese mixture into the dough, then knead again.
- Take pieces of dough the size of a walnut, shape them, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush the reserved egg yolk on top of the dough.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and bake in a 180-degree oven for 50 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
