Ingredients for Moist Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • Half a pack of margarine
  • 1.5 cups of sugar
  • 1 pack of baking powder and vanilla
  • 1 pack of cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • Flour to reach the desired consistency

How to Make Moist Chocolate Chip Cookies?

  1. First, boil our syrup over low heat, 10 minutes is usually enough, maybe 5 more minutes.
  2. Then turn off the heat and let it rest.
  3. Let’s put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix without adding flour until it becomes smooth. Then add the flour according to the consistency and knead. Shape the dough when it reaches the desired consistency.
  4. Preheat our oven to 200 °C, then either line the baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it like me.
  5. Arrange our shaped dough on the greased tray and let it cook.
  6. After baking, dip our cookies one by one into the warm syrup by turning them upside down.
  7. Place the moistened cookies in another tray or baking dish to rest. That simple ☺️
