- 1 cup vegetable oil
- Half a pack of margarine
- 1.5 cups of sugar
- 1 pack of baking powder and vanilla
- 1 pack of cocoa
- 2 eggs
- Flour to reach the desired consistency
How to Make Moist Chocolate Chip Cookies?
- First, boil our syrup over low heat, 10 minutes is usually enough, maybe 5 more minutes.
- Then turn off the heat and let it rest.
- Let’s put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix without adding flour until it becomes smooth. Then add the flour according to the consistency and knead. Shape the dough when it reaches the desired consistency.
- Preheat our oven to 200 °C, then either line the baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it like me.
- Arrange our shaped dough on the greased tray and let it cook.
- After baking, dip our cookies one by one into the warm syrup by turning them upside down.
- Place the moistened cookies in another tray or baking dish to rest. That simple ☺️
