Ingredients for Cocoanut Biscuit Recipe

  • 250 grams of margarine
  • 1 cup of tea sugar
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs (yolk inside, white on top)
  • 1 cup of cocoanut
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • As much flour as it takes

How to Make Cocoanut Biscuit Recipe?

  1. First of all, put margarine, tea sugar, and vegetable oil in a dough kneading bowl and mix with your hands.
  2. Obtain a homogeneous consistency.
  3. Separate the yolks of 2 eggs from the whites.
  4. Add the egg yolks to the mixture, mix and add cocoanut and vinegar.
  5. Add flour, baking powder, and vanilla, knead until you get a soft dough (adding the flour with control).
  6. Divide the dough into pieces the size of a marble and roll them with your hands.
  7. Dip in egg white, then dip in cocoanut and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake in an oven at 180 degrees in a controlled manner.
