Ingredients for Biscuit Recipe

  • 125 grams margarine
  • 1 tea glass of powdered sugar
  • 1 tea glass of brown sugar (it has the same effect when mixing two spoonfuls of grape molasses into a tea glass of powdered sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon of starch
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 1 cup of milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tea glass of chopped hazelnuts
  • 2 glasses of flour

How to Make Biscuit?

  1. Take our margarine at room temperature and mix it with powdered sugar, egg, brown sugar, baking powder, and vanilla.
  2. Add the flour in a controlled manner, and if necessary, you can add more.
  3. Then add the chocolate and hazelnuts, hazelnuts are optional.
  4. Mix a bit more, roll them into the size of a walnut and place them on the tray with gaps in between.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove and press them with a glass. It will harden on its own. The reason for baking for 10 minutes is for it to have a chewy texture. Enjoy your meal.
