Ingredients for Biscuit Recipe
- 125 grams margarine
- 1 tea glass of powdered sugar
- 1 tea glass of brown sugar (it has the same effect when mixing two spoonfuls of grape molasses into a tea glass of powdered sugar)
- 1 tablespoon of starch
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 1 cup of milk chocolate chips
- 1 tea glass of chopped hazelnuts
- 2 glasses of flour
How to Make Biscuit?
- Take our margarine at room temperature and mix it with powdered sugar, egg, brown sugar, baking powder, and vanilla.
- Add the flour in a controlled manner, and if necessary, you can add more.
- Then add the chocolate and hazelnuts, hazelnuts are optional.
- Mix a bit more, roll them into the size of a walnut and place them on the tray with gaps in between.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove and press them with a glass. It will harden on its own. The reason for baking for 10 minutes is for it to have a chewy texture. Enjoy your meal.
