- 200 grams of room temperature margarine or butter
- 1 tablespoon of yogurt

How to Make Apple Cookie?
- Firstly, peel and grate our apples.
- Put them in a pan, add powdered sugar and cinnamon, and cook the apples until the liquid is absorbed.
- Set aside to cool. In a bowl, put margarine or butter (I used half margarine, half butter), yogurt, powdered sugar and baking powder and mix well with our hands.
- Gradually add the flour and knead a dough that does not stick to the hand.
- Take a piece of dough the size of a mandarin and roll it out with a rolling pin. Cut into 4 pieces, put the filling on the edges, and wrap it.
- Do the same for all of them.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes. It is beneficial to bake it carefully.
